J.S. Machine—Foundry Division is a modern and high level foundry industrial park that is built in Economic and Technology Development Zone in Jingshan county, under investment worth 700million RMB from J.S. Machine. The project covers an area of 550 Chinese acres, with construction area of 84000 square meters, including two manufacturing base, which locates in Jingshan and Songhe. It is now on the way to become the largest foundry base of Central China.

      J.S. Machine—Foundry Division possesses a series of advanced equipment that covers the automobile spare parts and machine casting, such as HWS entire automatic static pressure modeling production line, DISA integrated system, which functions as vertical modeling, sand preparation and cleaning, INDUCTOTHERM medium-frequency induction furnace and sand pouring system, and so on. The foundry division will form an annual output capacity of 200,000 tons of castings in the next two years.
